Important:

A ten (10) business-day lead time is required for all eBlast requests.
eBlasts are only deployed on Mondays and Fridays.
Finally, eBlast requests will not be deployed during the following Blackout Dates:
- Federal holidays when SHRM offices are closed
- From December 16th to January 6th
- SHRM halts eBlasts leading up to the SHRM Annual Conference. There will be no eBlasts on Monday, May 27th, and they will resume on Monday, July 8th.
- Should an eBlast request select a deployment during a blackout date, it will launch on the next available Monday or Friday.
